A previous Top Gear Car of the year, the current ST is one of the benchmarks, the yardsticks by which other fun cars are judged. If you can go quicker and laugh out loud more than this, for less money, you’re doing very well indeed. The face lifted 8.5 version has a few tweaks including a nose job on the front with new grills and lights, more torque under the bonnet, some stunning Ford Performance Seats and a Virtual Cockpit. All these little tweaks add up to make it a very different car and well worth the upgrade and now Ford have stopped production the 3 door variant it’s going to a be a rare car in the not to distant future.
