The Hyundai N vs Ford ST battle is now available in 3 models, i20N vs Fiesta ST, i30N vs Focus ST, and now Kona N vs Puma ST! Which would you choose? The Kona N was first released in April 2021 and added strength to what is already becoming a very strong brand! The engine remains the same as the i30n meaning it hits 62mph in 5.5 seconds making it a second quicker to 62 than the Puma ST, and I know it’s not all about straight line speed but we would be lying if we said it didn’t put a smile on your face! Personally the Puma ST is more compliant around town, soaks up the UK roads a bit better but the Kona has more toys, is quicker, sounds AMAZING and still has a handbrake which Hyundai say “allows the adventurous to enjoy slides”. Take from that what you will.
