To start this car shares it’s underpinnings with the awesome Fiesta ST-3 which means it’s going to be great! To ensure the Puma ST feels as agile as the smaller Fiesta hatch, it also benefits from faster- acting steering, stiffer suspension, beefier anti-roll bars, an optional mechanical limited-slip differential (which ours has) and some very grippy Michelin tyres.
Under the bonnet sits the very punchy 1.5 3 cylinder turbo that divided the crowd when first announced but you must try it to believe it! 62mph is dealt with in 6.7 seconds and it keeps pulling to a licence loosing 137mph! This car can pick fights with cars way above it’s price range, surely it’s to good to be true...
